ADOLLA TECH: A Ghanaian Vision for Africa’s Digital Future

There’s something special about one-on-one conversations at tech expos, Its like you’ve just been handed a window into someone’s dream. That’s exactly how I felt during my conversation with Mr JEREMIAH MARTEY founder of ADOLLA TECH

He didn’t have a booth or a flashy presentation. We had a sincere discussion about African tech, design thinking, the hassle of lack of accountability, Part service provision without continuity and building software that’s not just functional, but intentional. And what made it even more inspiring? He had come all the way from Ghana to be part of the Lagos Tech Expo.

As we spoke, it became clear that He through ADOLLA TECH is a purpose-driven creative tech company focused on helping startups be solidly positioned with structured service provision and most importantly providing follow up essentially to ensure smooth sailing of their products, developing user-first digital products sleek, scalable websites, powerful mobile apps, intuitive UI/UX, and tailored solutions that help African startups and businesses bring their ideas to life. But beyond that, what really struck me was how particular he was about making sure developers were accountable for their works by providing a structured tiered system where you have someone to answer to and hold you responsible.

We talked about the digital challenges African entrepreneurs face — the disconnect between vision and execution, the cost barriers, the temptation to outsource to teams who don’t truly understand the local market. That’s where ADOLLA stands out. They build with context, not just code. They think about user behavior, internet speed, cultural nuance, scalability  and they design for real people, not ideal personas.

The founder spoke about past projects, one which other than the tech expo, actually brought him to nigeria—meeting with one of his potential nigeria clients. I could hear the assurance in his voice, the kind detailed with craftsmanship. The kind that only comes from caring deeply about the end user and the success of the client.

He wants to see African companies using African-built tech solutions that are just as clean, efficient, and beautiful as anything from Silicon Valley. And honestly, from what I saw and heard, they’re already doing it.

I walked away from that conversation feeling energized, not because I’d discovered something trendy, but because I’d met a founder who’s quietly building something meaningful. Something that respects both design and utility. Something that believes African tech can be elegant, affordable, and transformative all at once.

ADOLLA TECH may not have had the loudest presence at the expo, but Mr Jeremiah made one of the deepest impressions on me. Because sometimes, the most important conversations happen away from the stage, over coffee, in quiet corners, or across shared passion for creating tools that move this continent forward.
